Invisible

I didn’t write this before because I wanted to make sure I wasn’t alone with this. It’s true—right?—that people do not like to be talked about behind their back. I use the phrase “behind their back” in the negative way (people tend to love it when people say positive things about them behind their backs). The worst thing in such a situation is when someone talks about you (negatively) in front of you.

I hate gossip and I hate hating people. So I find it extremely difficult to deal with people talking about me in my presence, especially when they don’t even realize that I am standing right next to them.

I have said it time and time before (or at least I think I have) that I do not like negativity so it’s taken me over a week to write this post and I absolutely hate it in its entirety (clearly I must enjoy some negativity). I just needed something to say and I realized I have a blog, and one thing led to another…
