Close Your Eyes, Look Up to the Skies and (Not) See?

Are you feeling stressed? Upset? Or maybe you’re just feeling adventurous. Either way, one fun way to get rid of stress (at least temporarily) is to close your eyes while you are walking. The skill is making sure you don’t hurt yourself or anyone in the process, but if you see a clear path in front of you, close your eyes. Maybe you relieve your eyes from the light outside and that helps calm you down, or maybe it reminds your body of sleep. Either way I guarantee that you will feel lightened somehow. I do it all the time while I walk back to my dorm after a fun day of classes. (That’s a phrase that shouldn’t be used without the words no or canceled) Try it, and tell me how it made you feel.
